Le Palais Maeterlinck ou la renaissance d’une légende

Sotheby’s International Realty France – Monaco, le leader français de l’immobilier de prestige, va redonner son faste au Palais Maeterlinck. Célèbre propriété datant des années 20 et connue pour ses fêtes fascinantes, le Palais Maeterlinck est finalement devenu un Grand Hôtel après la seconde guerre mondiale, qui cessa en 2008 ses activités. En 2012, le Palais Maeterlinck a été acquis par le milliardaire tchèque Radovan Vitek et est maintenant transformé en 19 résidences très haut de gamme sans égales en Europe. Situé dans un des endroits les plus prestigieux du monde sur la Côte d’Azur, le projet s’ouvre sur la mer avec une vue à 180° à couper le souffle. Sotheby’s International Realty France – Monaco oversees the transformation of historic Palais Maeterlinck into state-of-the-art residences. In the 1920s, French aristocrat Count of Milléant began to realize his dream of building a high-society resort in Nice as a rival to nearby Monte-Carlo that had attracted the ‘beau monde’ for decades. Following the deaths of Maeterlinck and his wife, his home eventually became a renowned Grand Hotel, ‘Palais Materlinck’. Operations ceased in 2008, and in 2012, Palais Maeterlinck was acquired by visionary Czech billionaire Radovan Vitek and his company CPI with the intention of transforming the storied property into 19 luxury residences without equal in Europe.
