En novembre, Hong Kong fête la gastonomie et les plaisirs de la table !

Hong Kong s’inscrit chaque année davantage comme la capitale de la haute gastronomie en Asie. Les grands chefs étoilés y implantent leur savoir-faire et développent un patrimoine culinaire de grande qualité. Le territoire compte plus de 11 000 restaurants dont 69 étoilés Michelin. A l’occasion de la quatrième édition du « Wine & Dine Festival », qui se tiendra du 1^er au 4 novembre 2012, Hong Kong devient la capitale des plaisirs de la table et de l’art de vivre. Des milliers d’amateurs sont attendus pour découvrir une grande sélection de vins issus des plus illustres caves hongkongaises et internationales, associés aux plats des meilleurs restaurants locaux. Créé en 2009, le « Wine & Dine Festival » est un événement gastronomique majeur qui s’enrichit chaque année d’événements festifs et culinaires spectaculaires. La manifestation se prolongera jusqu’au 30 novembre, l’occasion de découvrir l’ensemble des richesses gastronomiques du territoire et de bénéficier des offres spéciales dans les restaurants, boutiques et lieux touristiques.

The great stared Chefs from all over the world introduce their knowledge on the territory by developing their own culinary heritage through many establishments ‘opening. Thanks to the 4^th edition of the Wine& Dine Festival, which will take place from November 1^st to 4^th 2012, Hong Kong becomes the capital of gastronomy and lifestyle pleasures. Thousand of gastronomy lovers are expected to discover a great selection of wines from the most famous national and international cellars, paired with the greatest dishes of the best local restaurants. Created in 2009, the Wine & Dine Festival is the most famous gastronomic event of Asia. Visitors can appreciate several tastings while having a walk on the banks of West Kowloon, to enjoy the amazing view of one the most beautiful bay of the world. Every year, this festival presents a program enriched of new culinary events.

The Wine & Dine Festival is “the event to be” and goes on with the Wine & Dine Month until November 30^th, to discover the territory’s several gastronomic treasures and to benefit from special offers and rates in restaurants, shops and touristic places.
